Here are a few projects I've worked on, from payment platforms and geospatial tools to music discovery. I've written about what I built, the problems I worked through, and the decisions behind the APIs, database queries, and interfaces.

I built recovery workflows that finish processing merchant payments after staff record a final ledger result. For deposits and bank withdrawals, I connected workflow updates and partner notifications in one database transaction, so a failed queue write leaves the work ready for retry. I also added delivery records and controlled resends for operators.

Backend Development at FindWorka
Project Date:
At FindWorka, I built backend workflows for Eko’s geospatial data collection platform in Lagos. My work connected configurable surveys, collector assignments, and submitted responses through APIs and a relational database. I also built queries for submission reports and worked through the details that affected everyday use, from adding questions to an existing survey to showing collectors which surveys they had already completed.

Backend and Frontend Engineering
I built Clubstro’s backend and extended its existing frontend to turn recorded audio into music charts people can explore by location and genre. My work connected audio recognition, venue play records, and chart queries, then added queued device uploads and the tools operators need to correct track data and investigate recordings that could not be recognised.
